Ofcom Comparing Service Quality Report
Ofcom's latest comparing quality service report has revealed Plusnet has the most satisfied customers of any broadband provider. In the report, Plusnet customers reported the highest levels of satisfaction with 93% saying they are satisfied with the overall service.
The report covers customer experiences in 2019 and customer satisfaction levels in January 2020, before the Covid-19 pandemic came to the UK. By shining a light on the performance of the UK’s main mobile, broadband and home phone providers, the report allows consumers to look beyond the price and see what level of service they can expect from different providers.
Lindsey Fussell, Consumer Group Director at Ofcom, said: “Checking the quality of a phone or broadband provider’s customer service can be the difference between you signing up to a company that keeps you connected, or one that falls short.
“Our research helps people to easily compare how providers perform on customer service, so they can choose the one that’s best for them.”
